Refund Policy

1. Subscription Billing

ForgeQueue subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. Subscription fees are separate from any setup, onboarding, or configuration fees and begin i accordance with the applicable subscription terms.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments are final. ForgeQueue does not provide refunds for:

* Subscription fees

* Partial billing periods

* Setup or onboarding fees

* Unused features or services

3. Cancellation

Cancellation prevents future subscription charges in accordance with the applicable subscription terms but does not result in a refund for any fees already paid.

4. Failed Payments

Failed or declined payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the Platform.

5. Disputes & Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact ForgeQueue prior to filing disputes or chargebacks. Excessive chargebacks may result in account termination.

6. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
