1. Permitted Use

ForgeQueue may only be used for lawful business purposes, including but not limited to:

* Customer relationship management (CRM)

* Appointment scheduling

* Lead capture and follow-up

* Business communications with customers who have provided appropriate consent

* Operational and marketing automation related to your legitimate business

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Platform to engage in, promote, or facilitate any of the following:

2.1 Illegal or Harmful Use

* Any activity that violates local, state, federal, or international law

* Fraud, deception, or misrepresentation

* Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior

* Distribution of malware, spyware, or malicious code

2.2 Messaging & Communications Abuse

You may not use the Platform to:

* Send spam, unsolicited, or deceptive messages

* Send SMS, email, or other communications without proper customer consent

* Engage in cold SMS, robocalling, or prohibited outreach

* Circumvent opt-out mechanisms (e.g., ignoring "STOP" requests)

* Mask or falsify sender identity or contact information

All messaging must comply with:

* TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act

* Carrier requirements

* Applicable opt-in and opt-out rules

2.3 Platform Abuse

You may not:

* Attempt to bypass platform safeguards or usage limits

* Reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the Platform

* Access accounts, data, or systems without authorization

* Interfere with platform performance or availability

* Use the Platform in a way that degrades service for others

3. Client Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

* You are solely responsible for the content, messaging, and data you create or upload

* You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining proper customer consent

* You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your communications

* ForgeQueue does not verify or approve individual campaigns or messages

4. Monitoring & Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

* Monitor usage to ensure compliance with this AUP

* Investigate suspected violations

* Suspend or terminate access to the Platform without notice if misuse is detected

* Remove content or restrict functionality at our discretion

Violations may result in:

* Immediate suspension or termination

* Loss of data or access

* Reporting to relevant authorities where required

5. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with third-party providers (e.g., SMS carriers, email services, payment processors).

You agree that:

* Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies

* Violation of this AUP may result in suspension by third-party providers

* ForgeQueue is not responsible for third-party enforcement actions

6. No Guaranteed Deliverability or Results

ForgeQueue does not guarantee:

* Message delivery

* Carrier approval

* Marketing results

* Revenue outcomes

Deliverability and performance depend on factors outside our control, including content, consent, reputation, and third-party systems.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
