SMS Consent & Opt-In
Consumers may choose to opt in to receive automated SMS messages from ForgeQueue by voluntarily checking a dedicated SMS consent checkbox on a booking, onboarding, or support form. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of using ForgeQueue’s services or submitting any form.
Consent for SMS communication is separate from other agreements and is obtained only through the dedicated SMS consent checkbox.
Message Example:
“ForgeQueue: Your appointment is confirmed for {date} at {time}. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.”
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Consumers may opt out at any time by replying STOP or request help by replying HELP.
