Does ForgeQueue guarantee leads, bookings, or revenue?
No. ForgeQueue provides software tools and automation capabilities only. We do not guarantee leads, bookings, revenue, business growth, or specific results. Outcomes depend on many factors outside of the platform, including market conditions, staffing, and business operations.
Is ForgeQueue a CRM?
ForgeQueue includes CRM-style features such as contact records, pipelines, and communication tracking. However, it is best described as an automation and scheduling platform, not a replacement for a full enterprise CRM.
What communication channels does ForgeQueue support?
Depending on your subsscription and configuration, ForgeQueue may support SMS messaging, email communication, call tracking, and online appointment booking. Use of messaging features is subject to applicable laws and carrier rules.
Do I need customer consent to send texts or emails?
Yes. Customers are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining proper consent for SMS, email, and other communications in accordance with applicable laws, including TCPA and CAN-SPAM. ForgeQueue provides tools only and does not provide legal compliance advice.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes. ForgeQueue requires a minimum three (3) month service commitment at the start of your subscription.
The initial commitment begins on the date platform access is granted and must be completed before cancellation is eligible.
During the initial three (3) month commitment period, subscription payments are billed automatically every thirty (30) days. Subscription charges are not billed in advance or collected as a lump sum.
How does billing work?
ForgeQueue Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis.
Platform access begins on your activation date. Your first subscription payment is charged thirty (30) days after platform access begins. After the initial charge, subscription payments automatically renew every thirty (30) days.
Auto-renewal applies both during the initial three (3) month commitment period and on an ongoing month-to-month basis thereafter unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation notice requirements.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your ForgeQueue subscription, written notice must be provided at least thirty (30) days prior to your next scheduled billing date.
Cancellation requests submitted less than 30 days before the next billing date may result in one additional billing cycle. Cancellation prevents future charges after the notice period but does not result in refunds for prior payments.
Are refunds available?
No. All payments are final. ForgeQueue does not provide refunds for subscription fees, setup or onboarding fees, partial billing periods, or unused services.
All payments made during the initial three (3) month commitment period are non-refundable.
What happens if a payment fails?
Failed or declined payments may result in temporary suspension or termination of platform access until the account is brought current.
Does ForgeQueue auto-renew?
Yes. After the initial commitment period, subscriptions automatically renew on a recurring basis unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation notice requirements described above.
Does ForgeQueue provide customer support?
Support is available for platform-related issues only. Support availability, response times, and channels may vary by plan. ForgeQueue does not provide legal, financial, or marketing advice unless explicitly stated in writing.
Is my data secure?
ForgeQueue uses industry-standard security practices to protect platform data. However, no system can guarantee absolute security. Customers are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and managing user access.
